Bitcoin Movement Introduces Zuby Designed Street Wear Authenticated by Blockchain Tech

Bitcoin Movement (BTCMVMNT), the web based retail store, has introduced a limited series street wear characterized by “proof of authenticity” based on blockchain technology.

The 300- collectibles, which was created with ideas from Zuby, the British rapper and entrepreneur, is composed of 50 hoodies, 125 T-Shirts and 125 Hats carrying logo “21 Million,” reflecting the maximum quantity of Bitcoins that will ever be created.

All items in the collectibles with title “Take the Power Back,” includes a near-field communication chip embedded to the VeChain blockchain.

Through a mobile app offered by the Bitcoin Movement, clients can scan a sticker sewed with the dress and the app will obtain product related data from VeChain on a real-time basis.

If the product is original, the app will show “100% Genuine Verified.” Furthermore, the app will also show the garment’s precise model number and unique transaction ID associating with the blockchain.

Daryl Kelly, founder of The Bitcoin Movement, said, “I wanted our first blockchain limited edition collection to be truly representative of the philosophy of Bitcoin. Embodying the attributes that have made it so disruptive, successful, and attractive to those who seek truth and transparency. VeChain’s industry-leading public blockchain technology perfectly fits our movement.”

The partnership is not the only case of limited edition clothes using blockchain technology to prevent duplicates. Of late, fashion designers across the globe have started to accept blockchain technology in the domain of supply chains or in the sector of product originality validation.

Notably, fashion house Alexander McQueen, on September 3, has introduced a unique blockchain technology aided brand that paves way for both designers and shoppers to safely enroll and trade textile products.
