Bitcoin Whales Transfer More Than $2bln Worth Bitcoins in Mere 24hrs

Bitcoins worth billions of dollars are being transferred by whales as the flagpole crypto rebounds after plummeting to $51,000. In the last 24 hours, cryptocurrency whales increased the liquidity by $2 billion.

Two cryptocurrency whales each transferred 3,000 Bitcoins valued at $320.60 million in two distinct trades. Bitcoin analytics tool Whale Alert initially identified those transactions.

The foremost whale moved the 3,000 Bitcoin valued at $160.30 million to an unidentified wallet that now possess 10,000 Bitcoins, as per blockchain search engine Blockchair. The next whale transferred 3,000 Bitcoins valued at $160.30 million to a single address, as per data provided by Blockchair.

The wallet where the Bitcoin was sent has been active for the last three years, and it quickly moved the 3,000 Bitcoin in a series of transactions.

Along with the two multi-million transactions, whales transferred an aggregate of 31,515 Bitcoin, valued at $1.68 billion in the last 24 hours. Through nine transactions, Bitcoins were transferred between unidentified wallets.

Specifically, four transfers involved moving Bitcoins from cryptocurrency exchanges to unidentified wallets, two transfers involved moving Bitcoins from unidentified wallets to cryptocurrency exchanges and two transactions moved Bitcoins from one cryptocurrency exchange to another.
