Domino’s Pizza Partners With SingularityNET To Improve Supply Chain Using AI

In Malaysia and Singapore, Domino’s Pizza turns to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence strategies to strengthen its supply chain. Domino’s Pizza’s Singapore and Malaysia unit has teamed up with SingularityNET to deploy its blockchain-powered (AI) infrastructure.

Under the joint venture, decentralized community and AI scientists from SingularityNET will develop algorithms and remedies, leverage the recently unveiled SingularityNET Beta framework, and gain deeper understanding of clients from Domino’s huge data volumes.

It also aims to enhance supply chain procedures and logistical support in Malaysia and Singapore. As per the official release, the strategic alliance aims to promote business activities of the food industry giant by performing feasibility studies, conducting AI-focused seminars and creating new neural networks specific to the company’s needs.

New AI characteristics will be incorporated via the SingularityNET Beta platform, a blockchain-based, decentralized marketplace unveiled in February 2019.

In addition, Domino’s Malaysia and Singapore units will use SingularityNET’s AGI utility tokens to allow partnership between the corporation and the broader SingularityNET network. Active programmers can accumulate the offered tokens by delivering the preferred AI services to Domino’s.

Thus, SingularityNET leads the use of the AGI token and creates a new type of partnership between business customers and their international devteam. As per the press statement, Domino’s Pizza Malaysia & Singapore has over 260 stores with over 4,000 employees.

Notably, consumers can pay for Domino’s Pizza with Bitcoin (BTC) via services like PizzaForCoins. SingularityNET recently teamed up with the Chinese insurer to offer its optical character identification, computer vision, and prototype training AI algorithms.

SingularityNET also entered into a joint venture with Hara’s farm-focused blockchain tech company to implement blockchain to offer info such as grain prices, soil fertility, and land ownership information to farmers in Indonesia.
