Adobe Integrates Polygon Network in its Behance Platform

Polygon, an Ethereum Blockchain-based platform supporting non-fungible tokens NFTs), has been revealed by Adobe as being integrated into their Behance social media platform. A new approach to display NFT art on Behance was revealed by the firm during its annual ‘Adobe Max’ event. It’s now possible to display your own artwork on both Solana and Polygon.

Cryptocurrencies Polygon and Solana utilize less energy than two Google searches each transaction, according to an announcement from Adobe: “Polygon uses a small fraction of the energy needed by Proof of Work (PoW) blockchains.” With over 100 million users, Behance is the biggest creative network in the world.

NFT producers will be able to promote their work while reducing the environmental impact and transaction costs, according to Polygon. Adobe said, “We look forward to expanding our partnerships and creating more opportunities for artists to share their NFTs and be discovered for their work on Behance.”

Following the acquisition of Behance in December 2012 acquisition, Adobe started integrating NFT-creation capabilities in October 2013. The company’s media release reads “We collaborated with NFT markets like OpenSea, SuperRare, KnownOrigin, and Rarible to build an open-source standard that enables artists to connect their artwork provenance to their products.” Behance likewise displays the same artwork provenance in order to safeguard both the artist and the collector.
