Blockchain Firm BOSagora’s Crypto Tokens to be Integrated with Korean Kiosks

According to a press release, the blockchain ecosystem BOSagora Foundation has teamed with The9Company Korea, a supplier of self-service payment kiosks, to integrate BOSagora’s token business with The9Company Korea kiosks. Switzerland is home to BOSagora, a public blockchain platform dubbed Korea’s first ICO effort. It debuted its own mainnet in January called Agora, which is run by 2,348 validators worldwide.

The9Company Korea’s kiosk mileage token, THE9, may be utilized at kiosks in exchange for tokens issued by any Agora-based businesses using BOASwap. When using the kiosks to make purchases, customers can choose between using miles or tokens. The9Company kiosks in other places accept the tokens, and they may also be traded in for tokens for other Agora network services.

In addition to Korea, the United States, China, Japan, and Indonesia, The9Company Korea also runs kiosks in restaurants, hotels, travel agencies, movie theaters, coffee shops, tourist attractions, and retail locations.

In-hwan Kim, president of the BOSagora Foundation, said in a news release that by releasing tokens based on Agora, a public blockchain network, “you can extend your business into everyday life with services unrelated to kiosks.” Unlike other blockchain networks, we want to ensure competition to draw top-notch DApps to the ecosystem of our network. The9Company Korea’s CEO Ra Hyun-chae and Chairman Cha Seung-hyuk will be appointed to the board of the BOSagora Foundation as a consequence of this merger.
