Blockchain-Powered God Game Apeiron Unveils Marketplace Coupled with Airdrop

On September 7, Apeiron, the initial blockchain-powered NFT god game, debuted its marketplace. Users who register an account on its platform (new marketplace) are entitled to “Solar Fragment” airdrops, the initial part of the Apeiron Battle Demo Pass, as per the media news.

Apeiron’s market offers a tri-token structure, enabling players to exchange Apeiron Planets at their discretion. In addition, the marketplace’s latest features enhance the functioning of the game by offering planet breeding and staking.

Frank Cheng, the designer of Apeiron, said that the marketplace debut of Apeiron signifies the comeback of god games. Cheng stated:

The introduction of our marketplace is the start of a countdown, a countdown to the revival of God Games and the advent of a fresh paradigm, where exceptional ideas start to emerge in web3.”

Back in April, Foonie Magus, the creators of Apeiron, got initial investment of $17 million. Ever since, the core team has been developing improved infrastructure and capabilities to enhance users’ in-game interactions. From September 7 to September 21, Apeiron players who enroll on the marketplace will be able to take part in the venture’s unique airdrop.

Users who qualify will receive the initial portion of the Apeiron Battle Demo Pass. The initial half of the planet is the Solar Fragment, while the sequel is the Luna Fragment. With exception of Solar Fragment, Luna Fragment may be earned by participation in the Apeiron community. By mixing both Fragments, a Battlepass for the forthcoming ARPG x card-battle software update would be created.

In a blog article published on September 6, Apeiron indicated a potential partnership with OnePlanet.

As per OnePlanet, its relationship with Apeiron might assist the blockchain-powered game’s community-building efforts. OnePlanet said that “it integrates all NFT ventures on its network into a cohesive community where “developers at the forefront of the next generation of NFT games begin communicating with one another.”

OnePlanet is a marketplace for non-fungible tokens originally based on the dead Terra platform. September 6 marked the completion of the marketplace’s move to the Ethereum-powered Polygon ecosystem.
