Finloop Brings Tokenized USD Liquidity to Bybit

bybit

Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited has entered into collaboration with Bybit to expand institutional access to tokenized USD liquidity and strengthen the connection between traditional financial products and blockchain-based markets.

Under the arrangement, Finloop’s USD Instant Digital Liquidity token, known as FUIDL, has been launched on Bybit. The token is designed to provide institutional and professional investors with blockchain-based access to an international USD liquidity fund that has received the highest available money market fund ratings from major global credit rating agencies.

Bybit will also allow eligible users to use FUIDL holdings as collateral for trading on its platform. The feature is expected to improve capital efficiency by enabling investors to maintain exposure to tokenized USD liquidity while using the asset to support other trading activities.

The FUIDL launch gives institutional and professional investors on-chain access to highly rated USD liquidity while allowing the token to be used as trading collateral on Bybit.
Finloop, a Hong Kong-based wealth technology company, operates across traditional and digital financial services. Its platform provides financial institutions with products and technology solutions covering cash management, public and private funds, structured products, bonds, insurance, and virtual assets.

The company has focused on developing infrastructure that connects physical financial assets with digital markets. Its broader real-world asset strategy includes technology development, asset tokenization, issuance, and distribution.

Tokenized Fund Supports Faster Settlement

Finloop acts as the tokenization agent for FUIDL and provides the infrastructure and agency services supporting the digital asset. The token’s underlying assets are linked to a USD money market fund that has received top ratings from Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s, and Fitch.

The product supports hourly subscriptions and redemptions and provides for same-day interest accrual. These features are intended to offer institutional investors greater flexibility in managing liquidity while maintaining exposure to a highly rated underlying fund.

The collaboration is also expected to support same-day settlement for selected tokenized and digital instruments. Finloop’s real-world asset and cash-management capabilities will be combined with institutional custody infrastructure provided through ByCustody.

The partnership combines traditional financial standards with blockchain-based settlement, supporting faster transactions, improved transparency, and more efficient liquidity management.

ByCustody provides institutional digital asset custody and management services through security infrastructure that includes multi-party computation technology, layered approval procedures, and dedicated blockchain addresses for individual clients. The system is designed to protect assets across key management and transaction authorization processes while allowing institutions to connect with the wider digital asset ecosystem.

Finloop said the collaboration represented a major stage in the development of its end-to-end real-world asset ecosystem. The company aims to provide integrated support from tokenization technology and asset issuance to distribution, with a focus on developing compliant digital financial infrastructure in Hong Kong and other Asian markets.

Broader Global Reach for FUIDL

FUIDL had previously been introduced through the Fosun Wealth application and several compliant virtual asset and digital investment platforms in Hong Kong and Singapore. Its availability on Bybit is expected to expand its international institutional reach and increase access to tokenized USD liquidity across a broader range of investors.

Bybit’s global head of traditional finance and real-world assets indicated that the partnership supported the exchange’s broader goal of combining institutional trust with efficient digital infrastructure. The executive said that same-day settlement and strengthened custody measures could improve financial interoperability across conventional and blockchain-based markets.

Finloop’s chief executive stated that the collaboration demonstrated how a wealth technology platform and a digital asset exchange could support rapid settlement while maintaining high operational and regulatory standards. The company viewed the initiative as a step toward improving efficiency and strengthening confidence in digital financial services.

Finloop plans to expand FUIDL’s use cases and institutional coverage while building an open and compliant real-world asset ecosystem linking traditional finance with digital assets.

The project could contribute to the wider adoption of tokenized funds as financial institutions seek faster settlement, improved collateral utilization, and more efficient access to liquidity. Its long-term impact will depend on institutional demand, regulatory developments, and the ability of the infrastructure to operate across different financial platforms.
