Google Promotes Web3 Adoption through Strategic Partnership with Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs and Google Cloud have just announced a multi-year strategic relationship. In order to make it easier for programmers to build, release, and expand Web3 products and decentralized apps, our alliance aims to speed up the adoption of crucial Polygon protocols. Google Cloud will provide infrastructure and developer tools to support the whole suite of Polygon protocols, including Polygon PoS, Polygon Supernets, and Polygon zkEVM.

The Blockchain Node Engine, a fully managed node hosting solution, will be added to the Polygon ecosystem by Google Cloud, as was recently revealed. This change is made to aid developers in dealing with the difficulties of deploying, administering, and running their own individual blockchain nodes, which may be time-consuming and costly. Polygon Labs President Ryan Wyatt said at the ‘Consensus 2023′ conference that Google Cloud’s support for all Polygon protocols is a step in the right direction for the mainstream adoption of Web3.

Polygon Ventures’ early-stage startups are now eligible to obtain the recently announced Web3-specific advantages via the Google for Startups Cloud Program, which will provide them with additional resources for expanding their innovative Web3 products and decentralized applications. Users can receive a credit of up to $200,000 for their use of Google Cloud and Firebase over the course of two years, a sneak peek at what’s in store for Web3 from Google Cloud, access to a private Discord channel staffed by Google Cloud’s product and engineering teams, and free attendance at Web3 and the most up-to-date Google Cloud technology-focused practical learning labs.

Google Cloud’s Managing Director of Customer Engineering and Web3 Go-to-Market for the Asia Pacific area, Mitesh Agarwal, recently stated his excitement about expanding Google Cloud’s engagement with Polygon Labs with the help of Searce as the implementation partner. The goal is to equip companies with the enterprise-ready Web3 infrastructure and developer-friendly tools that will guarantee customers’ safe, quick, and trouble-free use of dApps.
