Mint.io has expanded its Web3 player economy across its full web platform, connecting games, experience points, leaderboards, and rewards ahead of the planned launch of its MNTD token.
The platform is designed to connect player progression and rewards across supported games through a shared infrastructure layer, rather than restricting progress to individual titles.
Mint said its token mechanics were incorporated into the platform from the beginning and that its multichain infrastructure is designed to coordinate progression across participating games. Technology supporting the platform is supplied by Hero Gaming Group, an iGaming company established in 2013.
Players can earn XP through eligible activity, advance through different ranks and participate in prize pools based on their platform activity. The progression system is intended to allow activity across multiple games to contribute toward a broader player profile.
Mint said core reward flows use on-chain verification, while AI-assisted models are used to adjust token emissions as participation levels change. The company has also developed systems intended to manage the balance of incentives as player activity and platform volumes fluctuate.
Pre-launch activity to count toward MNTD allocations
Players who participated before the MNTD token activation are expected to have their accumulated leaderboard positions converted into token allocations once the asset becomes available.
Eligible activity has received a 200% XP boost during the period leading up to the token launch. Progress earned through both Mint’s main web platform and its free-to-play Telegram Mini App is expected to be included in the allocation process.
The platform already uses ranks, seasons, and XP to track player progression, with qualifying sessions contributing to leaderboard positions. However, Mint has not disclosed the precise conversion formula that will determine how leaderboard performance translates into MNTD allocations.
Mint has linked token distribution to qualifying player activity and intends to cap emissions, with rewards tied to platform revenue rather than relying solely on launch-related incentives.
The company said the structure is intended to keep token emissions controlled during periods of increased activity as well as weaker market conditions. Limits on rewards and measures against promotional abuse are also being used to reduce attempts to exploit the progression system.
Web and Telegram platforms share progression
Mint’s free-to-play Telegram Mini App provides another entry point into the same progression ecosystem. Eligible activity recorded through the Mini App can contribute to the allocation process alongside activity completed on the main web platform.
Mint’s existing reward system distinguishes between real-mode gameplay and demo activity. According to its platform information, qualifying real-mode gameplay involving supported cryptocurrency balances can generate XP or other rewards under applicable rules, while demo play does not generate XP or real-money rewards.
AI-assisted technology has two stated roles within the ecosystem. Incentive models are intended to help regulate token emissions as participation changes, while Mint’s content pipeline is designed to create themed experiences with token utility in a relatively short development cycle.
More games and seasons planned
Mint plans to add more games to its shared infrastructure following the MNTD launch. Future titles are expected to use the existing XP, ranking, and reward framework, allowing players to maintain progression across supported games.
The company also plans additional leaderboard seasons featuring token-denominated prize pools. Mint said its AI-assisted development pipeline would continue to support new themed experiences, although it has not disclosed the number of planned game integrations or specific launch dates.
The shared progression model could give players a unified system for earning XP and competing for rewards across multiple games, while giving developers a common framework for integrating game activity into Mint’s broader economy.
MNTD emissions are expected to be hard-capped and linked to platform revenue. Mint has not disclosed projections for the token’s market value or the monetary value of allocations generated through the current campaign.
Mint.io is operated by Sage Shark Ltd. under Anjouan gaming license No. ALSI-202507035-FI2. Its web platform and Telegram Mini App are operational, with qualifying leaderboard activity accumulated before the token launch, expected to form part of the MNTD allocation process when the token is activated.
