NEAR Protocol Integrates WARP Bridge of MARBLEX to Facilitate Worldwide Joint Marketing Events

The NEAR Foundation has disclosed a significant collaboration with MARBLEX, a subsidiary of Netmarble Corporation that specializes in blockchain technology. The partnership aims to broaden the Web3 ecosystem. By means of ratifying this strategic partnership, NEAR Foundation and MARBLEX aim to achieve mutual development through the integration with WARP Bridge to enable interactive collaboration, fostering global collaborative marketing events, and elevating brand awareness.

The NEAR Protocol is set to be the initial protocol to integrate with MARLBEX through the WARP Bridge. As a consequence, MARBLEX competitions that currently exist or are forthcoming will be incorporated. In addition to the NEAR Protocol’s inherent high level of user convenience, a diverse range of activities and content will be available for users to experience. As a result, the two entities have expressed their intention to maintain their partnership in order to further enhance the Web3 ecosystem.

MARBLEX, a subsidiary of Netmarble Corp, a renowned developer and publisher of mobile games with a global workforce of over 6,000 professionals, has entered into a business agreement with NEAR Protocol, a blockchain-based platform. MARBLEX aims to provide top-notch blockchain games to the market through the provision of fundamental services such as a digital currency wallet, decentralized exchange, token staking, and NFT marketplace.

According to Junki Moon, the Director of Business Division at MARBLEX, the fundamental narrative of the NEAR Protocol is expected to significantly contribute to the overall enhancement of the MBX 3.0 ecosystem. By synergizing the NEAR Foundation’s technical proficiency with the content proficiency of the MBX ecosystem, we aim to sustain our leadership in the dynamic global blockchain industry.

According to Robbie Lim, the General Manager of Partners and International at NEAR Foundation, the partnership with MARBLEX represents a significant advancement towards the promotion of diverse use cases that leverage NEAR’s Blockchain Operating System (BOS). By integrating top-notch MBX content, we aim to further enhance the gaming ecosystem of the NEAR Protocol and draw in a significant influx of fresh users to the Web3 arena.

The strategic alliance was formed with the instrumental support of the NEAR Korea Hub, which oversees business development in Asia and Korea. Despite its late entry into the Korean market, NEAR Protocol has emerged as a noteworthy contender in the domestic Web3 game market this year, thanks to the inclusion of BORA, the web3 arm of Kakao Games, WEMADE, and MARBLEX from Netmarble into its ecosystem.

According to Scott Lee, who is the General Manager of the NEAR Korea Hub, the Fast Auth account abstraction feature of NEAR Protocol offers a user experience that is comparable to Web2. This feature significantly reduces the initial barrier to entry for Web3. Our company remains committed to forging strategic alliances with exceptional domestic enterprises, including MARBLEX, a subsidiary of Netmarble. Our goal is to establish a user-centric ecosystem that enables customers to effortlessly access and enjoy a comprehensive range of services.
