OORT’s AI Dataset Goes Live on Major Data Marketplaces

OORT

OORT, a decentralized AI data platform, has introduced its user-generated Tools Dataset across several prominent enterprise data marketplaces. This development marks a significant step in integrating Web3-native data into traditional data procurement systems, signaling increasing convergence between decentralized platforms and conventional enterprise infrastructure.

As outlined in a press release dated July 16, the Tools Dataset comprises 100,000 data points contributed by users through OORT’s decentralized application. The dataset is now available on major platforms such as Google Cloud Analytics Hub, Databricks Marketplace, Snowflake Marketplace, and Datarade. An additional listing on SAP’s Datasphere Marketplace is anticipated in the near future.

Pricing and Accessibility

The datasets are being offered at a price range between $2,000 and $10,000, with final costs dependent on dataset size and licensing arrangements. The listings are non-exclusive, allowing a broader range of organizations to access and integrate the data into their operations.

OORT’s move represents the first instance of a Web3-originated dataset being listed on these mainstream data platforms. These marketplaces are routinely used by enterprise AI teams for acquiring high-quality, ready-to-use datasets and together comprise a global industry valued at approximately $1.49 billion. This sector is forecast to grow significantly, reaching a projected value of $5.7 billion by 2030.

According to the company’s leadership, the move demonstrates how decentralized data infrastructure can meet the practical demands of enterprise users. They emphasized that this is the first time enterprise clients can directly access globally sourced, user-contributed datasets from a decentralized network through conventional enterprise data marketplaces. This development, in their view, validates the real-world utility of decentralized infrastructure.

Web3 Meets Enterprise AI

OORT has built a sizable user base to support its decentralized data operations. The platform reports over 300,000 registered users and approximately 80,000 active daily contributors. These users play a critical role in producing labeled, globally diverse data points. Each contribution is recorded on-chain, enhancing the dataset’s transparency and traceability by clearly identifying its origin and structure.

The integration of Binance Wallet into the platform further enhances accessibility, offering multichain connectivity that supports a smooth user experience across different blockchain environments. This setup positions OORT as a comprehensive solution for decentralized AI data sourcing, with strong alignment to Web3 principles and functionality.

In terms of financial outlook, OORT anticipates that the listings could generate around $1 million in annual revenue based on projected demand. Part of this income is expected to be directed toward a token buyback and burn initiative, with the goal of delivering value to holders of OORT’s native token.

Recognition Beyond the Web3 Ecosystem

OORT’s datasets have already gained visibility outside of the Web3 space, having reached top rankings on Google’s Kaggle, a well-known platform for data science and machine learning competitions. This performance suggests that the quality and utility of OORT’s datasets are being recognized within traditional AI and data science communities as well.

By offering decentralized, user-generated data through well-established enterprise channels, OORT is setting a precedent for how Web3-based data models can effectively integrate with existing enterprise tools and drive value at scale. The initiative reinforces the idea that decentralized systems are not only experimental technologies but are beginning to serve tangible roles in global data ecosystems.
