Trexx Partners with Tanssi to Launch Esports Blockchain

Trexx

Web3 gaming company Trexx has begun developing a dedicated layer-1 blockchain in collaboration with decentralized infrastructure provider Tanssi Network. The initiative aims to establish a specialized platform that introduces new monetization models and engagement tools designed specifically for the esports sector.

Under this partnership, Trexx will utilize Tanssi’s decentralized infrastructure-as-a-service protocol to create a custom blockchain capable of rewarding loyal players within its digital ecosystem. The platform will integrate several advanced components, including behavioral credit scoring systems, AI-powered engagement modules, and functionalities for creating tokenized digital products. The company stated that these additions are intended to help game developers and esports organizations cultivate stronger and more profitable relationships with their communities.

Enhancing Monetization in Esports

The project is positioned to address one of the key challenges faced by the global esports industry: translating user engagement into sustainable revenue. Trexx aims to transform the fan experience by allowing both players and supporters to benefit from transparent, blockchain-enabled reward mechanisms. The model envisions a shift from conventional audience interaction to one where community participation directly contributes to the ecosystem’s growth.

Trexx’s Chief Executive Officer, Heloisa Passos, emphasized that building a proprietary blockchain with Tanssi would finally enable the company to deliver the loyalty features and interactive experiences gamers have long expected. She outlined that the initiative would first roll out in Brazil before extending across Latin America, reflecting Trexx’s regional growth strategy.

Milestone for Tanssi Network

For Tanssi Network, the partnership marks a pivotal milestone as it represents the first layer-1 blockchain to be developed and deployed on its mainnet. Tanssi’s Chief Executive Officer, Thiago Rudiger, indicated that this collaboration could serve as a blueprint for future projects aimed at strengthening the presence of esports across the Latin American region. The network’s infrastructure-as-a-service framework is designed to simplify blockchain deployment while maintaining high levels of scalability and decentralization — a combination that is expected to support Trexx’s long-term expansion.

Building the Social and Financial Fabric of Esports

Headquartered in Brazil, Trexx operates as a Web3 gaming platform that connects developers, teams, and fans within a single, incentive-driven ecosystem. Its platform focuses on merging social interaction with financial utility, encouraging participation through loyalty programs and structured rewards. The company’s approach combines Web3 mechanics with behavioral insights, allowing participants to earn, trade, and engage more actively within the ecosystem.

The startup has already demonstrated early traction in the Brazilian esports scene by onboarding 16 local teams, as confirmed in the partnership announcement. Among the participating organizations is Imperial, the reigning champion of the 2025 FERJEE Esports Circuit — a Counter-Strike 2 tournament held in Brazil. The inclusion of such established teams highlights Trexx’s growing influence in the region’s competitive gaming environment.

Through its collaboration with Tanssi, Trexx aims to redefine how value is created and distributed in esports communities. By merging blockchain infrastructure with AI-driven fan engagement and tokenized economies, the company intends to create a transparent, rewarding, and sustainable model for digital competition. This initiative reflects a broader shift in Latin American gaming, where blockchain adoption is increasingly being used to empower both creators and audiences through fairer, more interactive ecosystems.
