Tron Founder Justin Sun Postpones Warren Buffett Charity Lunch On Medical Reasons

The Tron Foundation has postponed the Warren Buffett Lunch as well as press conferences to an unknown date. Justin Sun, who succeeded in having a dinner with Buffett by making triumphing in a charity auction, is presently getting treated for kidney stones, per an authoritative tweet, and so both sides have decided to postpone the dinner.

Back in June, Tron creator and CEO Justin Sun entered an eBay charity auction to have dinner with Buffett, one of the world renowned investors and Berkshire Hathaway’s CEO. Interestingly, Sun’s final offer of $4,567,888 was the largest offer in the two decade history of the event.

Jeremy Allaire, Circle CEO, agreed Sun’s invitation to have lunch together on July 19. Besides Allaire, the meeting is also supposedly attended by Litecoin designer Charlie Lee. Warren Buffett has been a sharp critic of cryptocurrency for several years. Last May, Buffett said cryptocurrencies would finish horribly, and called Bitcoin “likely rat poison squared.”

Back in February, Warren stated that Bitcoin (BTC) is a fantasy, allegedly because blockchain does not rely on BTC or actually generate any kind of product.

Buffett said
“You can stare at it all day, and no little Bitcoins come out or anything like that. It’s a delusion, basically.”
