The agreement was officially sealed on October 11, 2025, during a formal signing event held at the Xode Blockchain office in the Arcada 5 Building, Tipolo, Mandaue City. The ceremony was attended by a delegation from the Korea Coin Association led by its president, Chang Ho Kuk, alongside members Sang Young Park and Yongjun Roh, who are also key figures within the Xode Treasury.
