Buy & Sell Ripple Through Dutch Crypto Exchange Anycoin Direct

Netherlands-based cryptocurrency exchange AnycoinDirect.eu has added Ripple (XRP) to the list of coins which can be bought through its platform. The exchange facilitates buying and selling of 15 cryptocurrenices as of now. The cryptocurrency is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.

AnycoinDirect.eu accepts six different modes of payment. They are Giropay, SEPA, SOFORT, iDEAL,Bancontat/Mistercash, Bank transfer. The FAQ section clearly illustrates the process of completing the purchase using the different kinds of payment. Additionaly, the FAQ section covers security, privacy and other general doubts a first time user may have. The commission may be anywhere between 0.1% to 4.5%, depending on the mode of payment used.

In case of Ripple (XRP), a buyer will pay the lowest charge when using iDEAL (0.3%) and highest charge when using Sofort (4.14%) as the payment mode. Additionally, a miner fee of €0.01 is usually charged for every transaction.

When an investor sells the cryptocurrency, it normally takes about 12 hours for the payment transfer (bank) to get completed. At the maximum it will take two days for the completion of payment. To prevent abuse of Ripple network, a user should compulsorily maintain at least 20 XRP tokens in the wallet. It should be always present in the wallet and cannot be moved or spent.

When a sell order is placed on the platform, a coin address is provided by Anycoin Direct. When selling XRP, a destination tag is displayed along with the coin address. While transferring XRP from the wallet, the user should not forget to enter the destination tag. The destination tag can be compared to Monero’s payment ID. If a user fails to include the destination tag in the transaction, then there is a chance for the loss of XRP tokens to happen.
