NHN Cloud announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Ava Labs — the team behind the Avalanche blockchain — and Blocko, a managed blockchain service provider, to advance cooperation in blockchain technology and expand related ecosystems. The signing signals a coordinated push to pair cloud infrastructure with blockchain capabilities in a way that can be adopted seamlessly by existing enterprise systems.
Ava Labs is widely known for engineering the Avalanche protocol, a high-speed, high-throughput blockchain platform designed to power digital asset services and tailored blockchain deployments. Blocko operates as a managed service firm covering the full lifecycle of blockchain adoption for enterprises — from platform selection and build-out to long-term operation, monitoring, accounting compliance and risk control.
Collaboration to Span Technical Exchange, Joint R&D and Market Outreach
Under the agreement, the three companies committed to work together across technical exchange, infrastructure resource sharing, research collaboration and coordinated promotional activities. The objective is to enable environments where traditional systems can tap blockchain functionality via integrated cloud deployments while maintaining stable performance and operational governance.
Division of responsibilities was defined in the memorandum. NHN Cloud will supply the core cloud architecture and software tooling required to deploy and integrate blockchain functions. Ava Labs will lead on blockchain-related technical support and participate in co-marketing efforts. Blocko will take charge of coordination and continual refinement of blockchain implementation, including alignment with enterprise-grade operational standards.
Executives associated with the pact expressed the view that coupling NHN Cloud’s infrastructure scale with the blockchain engineering strength of Ava Labs and the managed-service execution of Blocko can establish a foundation for a more secure and innovation-ready blockchain environment.
Toward an Enterprise-Ready Blockchain Stack
The participants described the collaboration as a practical pathway to embed blockchain inside traditional IT estates without forcing greenfield rebuilds. The presence of a cloud layer as the unifying substrate is intended to lower integration friction for organizations that want blockchain capabilities while retaining their current systems.
Leadership from NHN Cloud remarked that the combined strengths of the three firms would act as a launchpad for a safer and more advanced blockchain ecosystem, and indicated that the company intends to engage actively so that customers across industries can receive optimized solutions that leverage its infrastructure operations record.
The agreement positions NHN Cloud as a key infrastructure partner for blockchain live deployments in enterprise settings, while Ava Labs and Blocko stand to benefit from a distribution channel into corporate environments that require reliability, governance and compliance alongside emerging digital infrastructure.
