US federal government is likely to boost its blockchain expenditure to $123.5 million by 2022—an exponential rise of over 1,000% relative to the $10.7 million it expended in 2017. Coinbase, the San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange is extending its operations to cover additional 11 countries in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
