Ethereum Classic Labs Introduces Accelerate Program to Popularize ETC Apps
The Ethereum Classic Labs incubator formally revealed its accelerator program to foster product development focused on the Ethereum Classic network.
Ethereum Classic Labs has released a blog article to provide information on Ethereum Classic Labs Accelerate, a scheme to finance and educate blockchain companies and groups that are building new tools and systems on the Ethereum Classic blockchain.
As per the official release, the first Cohort of Ethereum Classic Labs Accelerate was created in Q1 2019, while he next one is anticipated to be announced in the third-quarter.
Ethereum Classic Labs mentioned that Accelerate program aims at two cohorts each year, with each having a distinct goal and genre.
The initial cohort centered on developing framework for blockchain apps had participation from 11 blockchain firms like the crypto wallet button and EtherNode, the blockchain interoperability initiative.
The respondents were allegedly receiving financing, mentoring, and also equipment, lectures, links and other needed assets as portion of the program.
As stated in the article, each Accelerate program runs for three months, concentrating on both hard and soft skills presented by Ethereum Classic Labs core group, established in January 2019. Earlier in July, a fresh blockchain accelerator program called Startup Studio backed by Fidelity, Deloitte and Amazon was launched.
The businesses joined hands with 20 more firms such as the Ethereum Foundation and ETH Global to provide training to blockchain firms and assist them grow their knowledge.
