Datavault AI Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company specializing in data valuation and monetization technology, has begun working with NFHITS to build a Web3-based music and content distribution network. The collaboration is designed to introduce a blockchain-enabled system for minting, distributing, and monetizing digital media, positioning both firms at the forefront of next-generation creative industry infrastructure.
NFHITS, along with its monetization partner Music Dash, is focused on reshaping the music and entertainment sectors by removing traditional barriers and enabling creators to retain greater control of their intellectual property. The initiative is aimed at artists, filmmakers, and independent creators seeking a more equitable ecosystem powered by advanced technology rather than legacy intermediaries.
The current NFHITS distribution network already integrates with major global platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, TikTok, SoundCloud, Instagram, Shazam, Facebook, Sonos, Tidal, Snapchat, iHeartRadio, and several others, spanning telecom, hardware, and streaming environments.
AI and Blockchain to Enable Automated Monetization
The partnership intends to introduce a transparent and automated revenue model supported by Datavault AI’s experiential minting and exchange technology. As part of the rollout, the company is embedding its VerifyU and ADIO technologies into NFHITS’ system to authenticate music rights, validate artists, prevent piracy, protect royalty ownership, and open new monetization channels such as digital collectibles and tokenized music assets.
The distribution framework combining blockchain and AI aims to provide creators with several core advantages, including exclusive content release capabilities, enhanced intellectual property and metadata protection, and delivery of audio content through Datavault AI’s ADIO-powered systems across entertainment venues and public environments.
NFHITS founder and CEO Bob Shami indicated that the timing was ideal, noting that blockchain, combined with AI, now enables a scalable system capable of bringing decentralized music streaming into the mainstream. He suggested that the format could significantly increase revenue potential for artists who struggle with traditional payout structures, allowing both established and emerging talent to sustain long-term careers.
Expanding Into Retail and Public Spaces
Both firms are also assessing whether NFHITS music delivery can be introduced into retail chains, restaurants, and public venues through Datavault AI’s ADIO tone-based technology. This system uses inaudible audio signals to send offers to nearby mobile devices, allowing creators to promote exclusive content, merchandise, or discounts while maintaining full rights ownership.
Datavault AI CEO Nate Bradley affirmed that the company’s mission is to help industries recognize and monetize data in all formats. He stated that the collaboration with NFHITS could generate recurring revenue streams for creators, promoters, and event operators who continue to face challenges in protecting digital assets and securing fair compensation. He also highlighted that VerifyU, ADIO, and the firm’s NYIAX-powered exchange tools demonstrate how Datavault AI enables partners to unlock value in sectors overlooked by traditional monetization structures.
Reimagining the Streaming and Royalty Landscape
The initiative combines blockchain security with AI-driven data intelligence to redesign the economics of music and film distribution. While the traditional streaming model has been criticized for low royalty returns, the proposed ecosystem seeks to increase payout accuracy, eliminate unauthorized use, and allow creative ownership to remain tied to verifiable digital records.
With both companies positioning themselves at the intersection of Web3, data markets, and entertainment, the project represents a shift toward decentralized digital rights management and multi-format monetization — one that reflects rising creator expectations and the growing commercial potential of tokenized media assets.
