ZetaChain’s Anuma AI App Surpasses 210,000 Users

Privacy-focused platform expands AI and blockchain integration

ZetaChain’s privacy-focused artificial intelligence application Anuma has surpassed 210,000 users, highlighting growing interest in AI tools that combine cross-model functionality with blockchain-based features.

The platform, which was launched in February, has continued to expand its user base while increasing the volume of AI activity processed through its infrastructure. As per reports, Anuma added 28,312 users in July and gained more than 31,000 additional users through Aug. 17, bringing its total audience above the 210,000 mark.

Anuma is built on ZetaChain and is designed to allow users to maintain their AI memory and context while moving between different models. The application also incorporates privacy-oriented features intended to give users greater control over their data.

Anuma integrates 28 major AI models, allowing users to move between different systems while retaining their context and memory, a feature that could help distinguish the platform in an increasingly crowded AI assistant market.

AI model interoperability becomes a core feature

The application supports several widely used AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Instead of requiring users to maintain separate conversations and histories across individual AI services, Anuma is designed to preserve relevant context when users switch between models.

This interoperability is intended to provide a more consistent experience while giving users flexibility in selecting different AI systems for specific tasks. The approach also positions Anuma at the intersection of AI personalization, privacy, and blockchain technology.

The platform has processed 919,227 AI requests and more than 20 billion AI tokens, indicating substantial activity beyond its headline user count. Those figures suggest that a portion of the growing audience is actively using the application rather than simply registering accounts.

Blockchain features built into the user experience

Anuma incorporates ZetaChain functionality directly into the application. A ZetaChain-based cryptocurrency wallet is automatically created when a user opens an account, allowing blockchain functionality to be introduced without requiring users to establish a separate wallet beforehand.

This design could reduce some of the complexity commonly associated with entering blockchain applications, particularly for people who have limited experience with cryptocurrency.

ZetaChain has also expanded the role of its native ZETA token within Anuma. Users can purchase AI credits by locking up ZETA, while access to certain premium features requires users to lock up 100,000 ZETA.

The token-based model links Anuma’s AI functionality with the ZetaChain ecosystem, creating additional utility for ZETA while encouraging users to participate directly in the network’s economy.

New users could broaden blockchain adoption

One of the notable aspects of Anuma’s growth is the reported composition of its audience. ZetaChain has indicated that most new Anuma users are entering the cryptocurrency sector for the first time.

If that trend continues, the application could serve as an onboarding mechanism for users who may otherwise have little exposure to blockchain technology. By embedding wallet functionality and token-based services within an AI application, ZetaChain is attempting to make blockchain features less dependent on specialized crypto knowledge.

The strategy reflects a broader effort across the technology sector to combine AI applications with decentralized infrastructure while maintaining a consumer-friendly interface.

217,797 wallets created on ZetaChain in six months.

A significant number of these people have never used a crypto product and joined for private AI. Every @AnumaAI account comes with a wallet on ZetaChain. https://t.co/MsZJGjwCiZ

Privacy and regulatory challenges remain

Anuma’s growth also reflects increasing attention to privacy in AI applications. As users become more concerned about how personal information, conversations and behavioral data are handled, privacy-focused tools could gain greater relevance.

However, sustained growth will depend on factors beyond user acquisition. User retention, platform scalability, competition in the AI market and regulatory requirements surrounding both artificial intelligence and digital assets could influence Anuma’s long-term development.

The expansion of ZETA utility may also become increasingly important as the platform grows, particularly if token-based access becomes a larger component of its business model.

Anuma’s rise above 210,000 users, combined with its AI processing volume and blockchain-based features, points to a potential use case for integrating decentralized technology into mainstream AI applications.

For ZetaChain, the platform provides an opportunity to introduce blockchain functionality to a broader audience while developing practical demand for its native token. Whether the model can maintain user growth and translate initial adoption into long-term engagement will likely determine its significance within the expanding AI and blockchain sectors.
