3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK), a business-to-business information technology solutions provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with HashBeaver to expand the commercial reach of its Finnish green artificial intelligence computing center.
Under the agreement, HashBeaver will operate as a cloud retail and distribution platform for the Finnish facility. The partnership expands the project beyond its traditional enterprise customer base by connecting its physical computing resources with global Web3 and decentralized physical infrastructure ecosystems.
3 E Network is pursuing a strategy focused on becoming a next-generation AI infrastructure provider. Its business currently spans data center operations and software development, with the company emphasizing the relationship between AI computing demand and energy infrastructure.
HashBeaver, meanwhile, provides a cloud platform designed to connect physical AI computing infrastructure with users worldwide. Its model virtualizes large computing clusters into elastic cloud resources, allowing developers, startups and decentralized communities to obtain computing capacity through flexible, usage-based services.
GPU Capacity Moves Toward an Elastic Cloud Model
Under the partnership, HashBeaver will serve as a compute gateway for 3 E Network’s Finnish AI facility. The platform is designed to use cloud APIs to convert high-density GPU bare-metal infrastructure into an elastic computing pool, reducing the need for customers to manage complex underlying hardware configurations.
The partnership is designed to connect 3 E Network’s physical GPU infrastructure with a global pool of AI developers and decentralized users through elastic cloud access and blockchain-based settlement.
HashBeaver’s infrastructure also supports Web3 payment mechanisms, allowing eligible users to pay for computing services with supported digital assets, including certain stablecoins and utility tokens. Smart contracts can be used to authenticate computing activity and facilitate on-demand settlement.
The arrangement is intended to create a bridge between conventional physical computing infrastructure and decentralized developer networks, potentially allowing customers to access computing resources without establishing traditional long-term leasing arrangements.
Cross-Border Access and Flexible Compute Demand
The companies expect token-based settlement to address some of the payment challenges associated with international access to computing infrastructure. Conventional fiat payment systems can involve additional settlement procedures for overseas customers, while blockchain-based transactions may provide an alternative mechanism for cross-border payments.
The model also aims to improve access for smaller AI laboratories and other customers that may not require continuous access to large GPU clusters. Computing resources can instead be allocated according to individual task requirements and usage periods.
The companies said on-chain smart contracts and granular usage measurement could allow GPU infrastructure to be structured as compute-backed real-world assets. This approach is intended to support more precise resource allocation and convert some infrastructure costs from capital expenditures into operating expenses for users.
The model is intended to broaden access to the Finnish facility by allowing smaller and medium-sized AI teams to purchase computing capacity according to actual workloads, while potentially improving utilization of the underlying GPU infrastructure.
Green Computing Remains the Physical Foundation
Despite the Web3 distribution model, the service remains dependent on 3 E Network’s physical infrastructure in Finland. Enterprise customers using conventional payment channels and Web3 customers accessing capacity through HashBeaver would ultimately use the computing resources supplied by the Finnish center.
The company is positioning the facility as a green, low-carbon and high-density computing operation. Growing attention to the energy consumption and carbon footprint of AI infrastructure has increased interest in computing facilities that can demonstrate lower environmental impact.
The partnership also establishes a business-to-business-to-consumer operating structure. Under the proposed arrangement, 3 E Network remains the infrastructure provider and receives leasing revenue from HashBeaver through fiat or compliant stablecoin payments.
HashBeaver would separately manage retail-facing token payment integration, decentralized network distribution, and related token volatility exposure. The structure is intended to separate infrastructure operations from retail and decentralized-market activities.
Expanding AI Infrastructure Monetization
3 E Network said the partnership forms part of its broader strategy to develop additional commercial channels for its Finnish computing project. The company expects broader distribution to increase access to its infrastructure while diversifying potential sources of demand.
The collaboration combines green physical AI infrastructure with decentralized payment and distribution channels, giving 3 E Network an additional route to reach global developers, startups and decentralized computing communities.
The initiative reflects a wider effort within AI infrastructure markets to make high-performance computing available through more flexible cloud-based and usage-based models, while linking physical computing capacity with emerging digital payment infrastructure.
