JuvrixAI Launches No-Code AI Agent Platform on NEAR Protocol

JuvrixAI has announced the launch of a no-code platform that allows individuals and businesses to create custom artificial intelligence agents on NEAR Protocol, with each agent receiving an independent blockchain wallet and programmable spending restrictions. The platform aims to address financial security concerns as AI agents increasingly move beyond information processing to conducting transactions and completing tasks independently.

The platform gives every AI agent its own NEAR wallet, with smart contract-enforced spending limits designed to prevent unauthorized transactions and protect users’ primary funds. Based in Singapore, JuvrixAI allows users to deploy AI agents without requiring programming skills or granting them unrestricted access to personal wallets or bank accounts.

AI Agents Gain Financial Transaction Capabilities

AI agents are increasingly being developed to perform activities that extend beyond responding to questions. These systems can research information, purchase data, subscribe to software services, and complete various online tasks. However, many of these activities require payment capabilities, creating security challenges for users who want to delegate financial transactions to autonomous systems.

Existing arrangements often require users to connect AI agents directly to personal wallets or payment cards. This creates potential exposure if an agent makes an unintended transaction or becomes compromised.

One significant concern is prompt injection, a technique in which malicious instructions embedded in websites, emails or other digital content manipulate an AI agent’s behavior. An agent with unrestricted access to financial accounts could potentially be tricked into transferring funds to unauthorized recipients.

JuvrixAI aims to address this vulnerability by separating each agent’s financial resources from its owner’s primary accounts and introducing spending restrictions that operate independently of the AI system.

How the JuvrixAI Platform Works

The platform is designed to simplify AI agent creation through a four-step process that does not require coding knowledge.

Users can begin by selecting templates for activities such as research, shopping or bill payments. They can then describe the agent’s intended behavior and customize its functions according to their requirements.

Each agent automatically receives its own NEAR account, keeping its funds separate from the owner’s primary wallet and banking arrangements.

Users can subsequently establish financial restrictions, including daily spending budgets, maximum payment amounts and lists of approved recipients. These controls determine which transactions an agent can initiate.

The platform also provides a dashboard through which owners can communicate with their agents, monitor completed payments and review blocked transaction attempts. Users can freeze an agent immediately if they identify suspicious activity or want to suspend its operations.

A key technical feature is that spending restrictions are enforced through smart contracts on NEAR rather than relying on the AI agent to follow instructions.

Under this arrangement, agents do not directly hold their private keys. Instead, they submit payment requests to the smart contract, which checks each transaction against the owner’s predefined conditions before authorizing the movement of funds. This structure is intended to ensure that even a manipulated agent cannot spend beyond its permitted limits.

JuvrixAI founder Daniel Lee said the platform was developed in anticipation of AI agents becoming increasingly active participants in online commerce, where they would regularly research products, purchase subscriptions, and pay for digital services. He indicated that the objective was to make agent creation accessible while ensuring that owners retained control over financial permissions.

$JUX Token Powers Platform Features

JuvrixAI also introduced $JUX as the utility token supporting its platform ecosystem. The token has a maximum supply of 100 million units and is intended to provide access to several platform services and governance features.

Users can employ $JUX to pay platform fees at discounted rates compared with payments made in stablecoins. Token holdings can also unlock different discount levels for agent execution, depending on the quantity held.

Additional functions include voting on new agent templates, development priorities, and platform fee adjustments. Users can also stake $JUX to obtain a verified trust badge that merchants can check before accepting payments from an AI agent.

Staking is also intended to provide access to higher multi-agent limits, while token holders may receive priority access to the platform’s testnet and beta agent templates.

JUX Presale Scheduled for November 11

The $JUX presale is scheduled to begin on November 11, 2026, with a conversion rate of 1 NEAR for 500 JUX tokens. Contributions will range from 50 NEAR to 5,000 NEAR.

A total of 25 million JUX tokens, representing 25% of the overall supply, has been allocated to the presale.

The launch positions JuvrixAI within the emerging intersection of autonomous AI systems and blockchain-based financial infrastructure. Its approach centers on enabling AI agents to conduct transactions while keeping spending authority subject to predefined, independently enforced restrictions.
