Apex Fintech Solutions, a US-based provider of investing infrastructure, has partnered with digital asset technology firm EDX Markets to expand its digital markets business. The agreement will enable Apex to integrate EDX’s trading and clearing technology into its existing financial infrastructure, supporting the development of its digital asset services.

EDX combines an institutional-only digital asset trading venue with a central clearinghouse. Its platform is designed to provide transparent price discovery, liquidity, and reliable trade execution while maintaining a separation between trading and custody. The integration will bring EDX’s institutional trading and clearing capabilities into Apex’s established financial infrastructure, extending traditional market standards to its digital asset offering.

EDX Markets Chief Executive Tony Acuña-Rohter indicated that institutional participants in cryptocurrency markets were placing greater emphasis on established financial standards. He said Apex shared EDX’s approach to applying traditional market principles to digital assets and that EDX’s technology would support the next stage of Apex’s digital markets strategy.
Apex strengthens its digital asset capabilities
