Magic Eden, a prominent non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace, has announced its latest expansion to the Sei Blockchain. The platform disclosed its move via an X post, unveiling a suite of features including an NFT launchpad, a mint terminal, and a marketplace tailored for the Sei ecosystem. This expansion marks another milestone in Magic Eden’s rapid growth across multiple blockchains.
This development follows closely on the heels of the platform’s recent integration with BeraChain and ApeChain, which were added just six weeks ago as the eighth and ninth networks within its ecosystem. With the addition of Sei, Magic Eden now operates across ten blockchains and plans to extend its reach further by incorporating Monad as its 11th blockchain once it launches on testnet.

Earlier in April, the company revealed a collaboration with Aethir, a provider of distributed cloud computing infrastructure. Additionally, in August, Magic Eden introduced the ME token to facilitate cross-chain NFT trading. The ME token, developed by the ME Foundation, is designed to enhance the user experience by enabling seamless transactions across multiple blockchains. The token is accessible via the platform’s desktop and mobile wallets, showcasing Magic Eden’s commitment to fostering a more integrated and user-friendly ecosystem.
