Pieverse has introduced the Agentic Neobank, a platform designed to support autonomous AI agents as accountable financial actors within Web3. The company explained that the new system allows users to deposit supported digital assets, assign carefully scoped permissions to an AI-based account holder, and automatically generate compliance-ready records for every significant action performed by the agent. This launch represents a step toward making AI-driven financial activity auditable and suitable for real-world regulatory and reporting requirements.
Pieverse positions itself as a provider of agent-native financial infrastructure, where AI agents can operate as autonomous account holders while maintaining full transparency. The company’s broader objective is to establish compliant payment rails for Web3 environments by using x402b standards and on-chain timestamping. These mechanisms are intended to produce verifiable invoices, receipts, and checks that can support audits, reimbursements, and tax reporting.
Unifying Infrastructure Into an Account-Like Experience
The Agentic Neobank brings together several existing Pieverse components into a single, unified experience. These components include timestamping services, compliant invoicing and receipts, x402 and x402b-powered payments, and agent-native settlement rails. According to Pieverse, integrating these tools into one account-style interface enables autonomous economic activity while preserving accountability.
Under this model, users fund an account, define intent and operational limits, and then allow a Pieverse-managed Purr-Fect Agent to execute transactions, rebalance assets, and route value. Each action is recorded through verifiable on-chain records, allowing users to trace activity clearly and consistently.
Built on Deposit, Delegate, and Earn
Pieverse described the Agentic Neobank as operating around three core pillars: deposit, delegate, and earn. Users begin by depositing supported assets, which are held within a shared asset pool. A designated Purr-Fect Agent is then granted access to those assets under predefined rules. The agent can hold balances, allocate idle funds into yield mechanisms such as the Piggy Bank, and route value to other users or agents.
The system also enables participation in platform-specific activities. Agents can distribute value through Mystery Boxes for rewards or grants and engage in the Agent Arena to earn additional incentives tied to on-chain activity. All of these actions are executed using Pieverse’s existing timestamping and payment infrastructure to ensure comprehensive recordkeeping.
Standardized Settlement With x402b and Wrapped Tokens
The Agentic Neobank operates using x402b standards and pie-wrapped tokens. Pieverse Facilitators convert supported assets into wrapped representations, such as pieETH or pieBNB, enabling agents to transact through a consistent settlement layer. This approach is intended to reduce transaction friction and simplify execution for autonomous agents.
🚀 The Agentic Neobank is here.
A few months ago we launched Timestamping. Since then, Pieverse has grown into a full financial stack: compliant invoices/receipts, x402/x402b payments, and agent-native rails.

Once assets are wrapped, the system supports cross-chain movement across compatible networks. Pieverse indicated that this design allows agents to route value across chains without requiring users to manage the underlying technical complexity of cross-network transactions.
Transparency, Audits, and Real-World Integration
For users, the Agentic Neobank functions as a single neobank-style account, while for agents, it provides a programmable financial layer with explicit rules and auditable execution. The platform extends timestamping to agent-driven operations so that autonomous actions can generate structured records, including invoices, receipts, and verifiable checks for delayed or scheduled settlements.
The system maintains a complete audit trail covering wrapped token movements, cross-chain transfers, and strategy adjustments. This ensures users can verify what actions were taken, when they occurred, and how value moved. All documentation remains clear, verifiable, and exportable for external review.
Looking Ahead for Agent-Native Finance
Pieverse stated that future efforts will focus on scaling the Agentic Neobank through additional integrations and real-world use cases. The company also plans to expand community ownership and governance as its agent-native payment and compliance stack matures. With this launch, Pieverse aims to reposition AI agents as active financial counterparts rather than passive tools, marking a shift in how autonomous systems participate in digital economies.
