Agentic Solutions to Deploy Private AI System for Australian Distributor

Secure Blockchain Development Corp. said its wholly owned subsidiary, Agentic Solutions Limited, had secured its first commercial customer agreement to design, configure and deploy a secure enterprise artificial intelligence agent environment for an Australian marine wholesale and distribution company.

Secure Blockchain is a technology company focused on enterprise agentic AI through Agentic Solutions, while also maintaining blockchain infrastructure and digital asset capabilities. Its Delivery Trust platform provides blockchain-based email encryption designed to support secure and high-integrity business communications.

The agreement marks Agentic Solutions’ first paid enterprise AI engagement and represents the company’s transition from developing its capabilities to delivering commercial AI services for customers.

The contract is also the first commercial agreement under Secure Blockchain’s enterprise AI strategy following its acquisition of Agentic Solutions in April 2026.

Under the engagement, Agentic will establish a private AI agent environment controlled by the customer and built around approved company information and operational requirements. The system is expected to connect securely with the customer’s existing business platforms, including enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.

The integration could allow AI agents to support a range of business activities, including inventory management, sales opportunity identification, customer communications, report generation and coordination of routine operational processes.

The company said the deployment was designed to move beyond general-purpose AI chatbots by enabling agents to work with current business information while operating within permissions defined by the customer. The environment could be expanded over time as additional authorized data sources, workflows and employee feedback are incorporated.

The company said the scalable model would allow the AI environment to grow from a focused business function into a broader network of agents supporting operations, sales, customer service, procurement, reporting and workflow management.

Focus on Secure Integration and Business Operations

Steven Bryson-Haynes, chief executive officer and director of Secure Blockchain and president of Agentic Solutions, said the agreement represented a key commercial milestone for the subsidiary.

He indicated that businesses were increasingly seeking practical ways to use AI securely with their own information. He said Agentic’s role was to help organizations select and configure suitable AI technologies, connect them to approved company knowledge and integrate them securely with the business systems already in use.

Bryson-Haynes added that the initial project had been intentionally limited in scope but was designed to provide a foundation for future expansion. The company aimed to demonstrate value through the first deployment, build a longer-term relationship with the customer and develop a repeatable process for introducing secure enterprise AI systems to other organizations.

Agentic said its services were centered on implementation expertise rather than the development of a single AI model. Its work includes assessing customer operations, configuring AI agents, connecting them to approved information, integrating them with live systems and establishing permissions and workflows.

The company also provides support to help employees adopt and expand the technology. Through this approach, Agentic seeks to convert open-source and commercially licensed AI agent technologies into secure tools that can be used in day-to-day business operations.

Initial Deployment Includes Training and System Connections

The first phase of the engagement will establish the customer’s secure AI agent environment, an approved company knowledge base, a user interface, and the agreed connections to existing business systems.

The project will also include guided business discovery, employee training and a formal handover process. Any expansion beyond the initial deployment will be separately defined and agreed by the parties.

The engagement is expected to provide an operational test of Agentic’s enterprise delivery model and could help the company refine a repeatable framework for future commercial deployments.

Secure Blockchain said management viewed the agreement as an early validation of Agentic’s deployment expertise and services strategy. The company believes the project could strengthen its ability to deliver enterprise AI systems by providing experience within an active commercial environment.

Agentic is continuing discussions with other potential enterprise customers as it seeks to expand its AI deployment and services business.
