ADI Foundation has entered into a strategic partnership with IdeaSoft, an international technology company specializing in Web3 and blockchain development, as the blockchain ecosystem seeks to expand its infrastructure for institutional and government applications.
Under the partnership, IdeaSoft will serve as a technology provider for the ADI ecosystem, contributing engineering expertise to the development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions. The collaboration is expected to support projects involving governments, institutions and real-world assets, with a focus on practical applications of distributed ledger technology.
The partnership positions IdeaSoft to support the development of blockchain infrastructure and applications across government, institutional finance and real-world asset initiatives within the ADI ecosystem.
ADI Foundation functions as the governance layer of the ADI ecosystem. Its responsibilities include establishing technology standards, developing trust architecture and engaging with regulatory frameworks to facilitate the adoption of blockchain infrastructure across government and corporate sectors.
The foundation has developed a broader network of technology and institutional partners aimed at applying blockchain to areas such as healthcare, financial systems, sustainability and public administration. Its strategy centers on using blockchain infrastructure to improve transparency, trust and operational efficiency in sectors where regulatory compliance and institutional participation are key considerations.
ADI Chain targets regulated digital finance
At the core of the ecosystem is ADI Chain, an institutional Layer-2 blockchain designed for regulated digital finance and enterprise applications. The network launched its mainnet on Dec. 9, 2025, with a focus on tokenized assets, sovereign digital infrastructure and other applications requiring institutional-grade blockchain capabilities.
The ecosystem expanded its digital finance infrastructure in February 2026 with the launch of DDSC, a dirham-backed stablecoin operating exclusively on ADI Chain. The stablecoin is regulated by a central bank and is designed for government and institutional use cases.
The introduction of DDSC represents an important development for ADI Chain as it seeks to establish infrastructure for regulated digital assets in the region. The stablecoin initiative strengthens ADI Chain’s role as a potential infrastructure layer for the UAE’s emerging digital economy by combining blockchain-based settlement with a regulated, dirham-backed digital asset.
IdeaSoft’s role will include supporting the continued development and expansion of ADI Chain infrastructure. The company is also expected to contribute to initiatives connected with DDSC and other blockchain applications being developed across the ecosystem.
Ukrainian technology expertise enters wider regional initiative
IdeaSoft brings experience working with Web3 companies as well as large institutional and enterprise clients. Its reported portfolio spans blockchain infrastructure, fintech, digital assets and enterprise technology, giving the company exposure to projects involving both emerging blockchain networks and established financial institutions.
The partnership also expands the international reach of Ukrainian technology expertise. IdeaSoft’s participation in the ADI ecosystem provides Ukrainian engineering teams with an opportunity to contribute to digital infrastructure projects serving markets in the Middle East and beyond.
The company indicated that Abu Dhabi’s ambitions in Web3 and emerging technologies were creating opportunities for technology companies with specialized expertise.
