AMLBot Launches AI Tracer for Cross-Chain Crypto Tracking

New Self-Service Tool Maps Visible Blockchain Fund Movements

Crypto forensics and compliance company AMLBot has introduced AI Tracer, a self-service blockchain analysis tool designed to help users track visible cryptocurrency movements across multiple blockchain networks using a transaction hash.

The company said the platform was developed to reduce the technical barriers associated with blockchain investigations, which have traditionally required specialized software, advanced analytical skills, or professional knowledge of cryptocurrency transaction data.

AMLBot’s AI Tracer is designed to automate the tracing of visible cryptocurrency flows across blockchain networks, including transactions involving cross-chain bridges and funds distributed among multiple wallets.

The tool begins with a transaction hash and analyzes the related transaction graph to identify the movement of funds from the original address through intermediate wallets. It then follows the available transaction path toward the destination that the assets appear to have reached.

AMLBot said the system also compares wallet addresses encountered during the analysis with known entity labels. These labels may include cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain services, and addresses that have previously been identified as potentially high risk or flagged.

The company said the automated process could make blockchain transaction analysis more accessible to users who do not have extensive experience with forensic tools. The platform is intended to provide a clearer view of how funds move through publicly visible blockchain records.

Tool Tracks Bridges and Multi-Wallet Transfers

Blockchain transactions can become more difficult to analyze when users transfer assets between different networks or divide funds among multiple wallet addresses. AMLBot said AI Tracer was designed to follow transaction paths in such situations when the relevant activity remains visible on public blockchain records.

The platform can examine transactions involving cross-chain bridges, which are used to move digital assets from one blockchain network to another. It can also identify visible fund movements when assets are separated and transferred across several wallets.

The system uses automated transaction-graph analysis to follow available fund movements, identify intermediate wallet activity, and match addresses with known entities across supported networks.

The company said the reports generated by AI Tracer should be viewed as an initial investigative resource rather than a complete forensic or legal assessment.

AMLBot acknowledged that the platform has several limitations. It cannot identify transfers that occur between internal accounts maintained within the same cryptocurrency exchange because those movements may not be recorded as separate transactions on a public blockchain.

The tool also cannot determine the purpose or motivation behind a payment. It is not designed to freeze digital assets, reverse transactions, or guarantee the recovery of cryptocurrency that may have been lost, stolen, or transferred to another address.

The company said users may need to conduct additional technical analysis, compliance reviews, audits, or legal procedures depending on the nature of an investigation.

Supported Networks and User Access

AI Tracer currently supports several major blockchain networks, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Ethereum Classic, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana, Cardano, and Ripple.

The broad network coverage is intended to help users examine transaction activity across multiple blockchain ecosystems through a single analytical platform. Support for several widely used networks may also allow investigators to study transaction paths that extend beyond one blockchain.

AMLBot offers an initial free transaction check, while paid subscription plans provide higher limits for automated analyses. The company said the tiered structure was intended to make the tool available to casual users while offering expanded capacity for individuals and organizations requiring more frequent checks.

AI Tracer is aimed at making blockchain transaction analysis more accessible to journalists, researchers, traders, cryptocurrency users, compliance teams, independent investigators, and law enforcement agencies.

The company said the platform could support users seeking to understand the visible path of cryptocurrency transfers or conduct preliminary reviews of potentially suspicious activity.

For law enforcement agencies and compliance professionals, the tool may provide an automated starting point for examining blockchain-related financial activity. However, AMLBot emphasized that the results do not replace formal forensic investigations, regulatory reviews, audits, or legal processes.

The launch reflects growing demand for automated blockchain intelligence tools as cryptocurrency transactions become increasingly complex and activity spreads across multiple networks.
