Chiliz Launches Next Phase of Includ3d Accelerator

Chiliz has announced the second edition of its Includ3d Accelerator program, unveiling it at the Hacking Paris event held at the Paris Saint-Germain stadium. The initiative continues to focus on fostering innovation at the intersection of sports, technology, and social impact, with an expanded international footprint in its latest iteration.

This flagship program, developed in collaboration with READY Sport Global, aims to support early-stage organizations leveraging Web3 tools to address tangible challenges in sports and community engagement. Organizers have indicated that the new edition builds on the momentum of the inaugural round, which launched in October 2024 and attracted a diverse group of 321 participants from 46 countries. These participants represented a wide range of organizations, including grassroots sports clubs, non-governmental organizations, tech startups, gender equality advocates, and corporate social responsibility teams.

Broader Scope and Regional Expansion

The latest edition marks a strategic expansion, introducing localized content for Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. The program now offers specialized material in Spanish and Portuguese, reflecting a commitment to regional inclusivity and cultural adaptation. With applications open until the end of the month, the accelerator is inviting new entries from organizations operating at the intersection of Web3 technology, sport, and social innovation.

The inaugural edition had already demonstrated strong global appeal, drawing applicants from every continent and covering themes such as governance innovation, crypto-based fundraising, regenerative economic models, and cross-border payments. Participants were also awarded the world’s first certification in blockchain, sport, and social impact—a training experience that included live expert sessions, online coursework, and personalized mentorship.

Six standout organizations from the initial cohort received further intensive guidance, and one selected project proceeded to incubation under Chiliz Labs, underscoring the program’s commitment to converting promising ideas into scalable solutions.

The second edition introduces enhanced learning tracks, regional programming in three languages, and targeted mentorship for teams prioritizing social impact on the Chiliz Chain.
