A new collaboration between COZ and Brazil-based collectible maker Iron Studios is set to introduce blockchain-enabled ownership to traditional pop culture statues. The initiative is scheduled to premiere at CCXP25, one of the world’s largest pop culture gatherings, held from December 4 to 7 at São Paulo Expo. The annual convention reportedly draws more than 250,000 attendees and features branded attractions, exclusive merchandise, and previews tied to major entertainment franchises.
Iron Studios, a São Paulo-headquartered manufacturer recognized globally for its detailed licensed statues, is noted for producing officially sanctioned collectibles for franchises such as Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and others. Industry observers indicated that its collaboration with COZ marks a significant early move toward blending physical collectibles with blockchain-supported digital ownership.
Limited-Edition Statues With Digital Certificates
The partners are unveiling a restricted series of statues based on well-known franchises, including DC, Predator, Marvel, and Star Wars. These pieces are fully licensed by Iron Studios and will be available only during the CCXP25 event.
A key element of the collaboration is the introduction of non-fungible item certificates, or NFIs, which provide proof of ownership and enable pre-sale redemption. These certificates are minted on the Neo N3 blockchain through ITEM Systems’ Signet configuration. The configuration is described by the developers as a more cost-effective and high-fidelity approach to digital authenticity when compared with conventional NFI structures, particularly because it avoids the need for physically embedded components.
According to project representatives, each certificate serves as a digital claim token that allows collectors to secure their physical statue at the event without needing to carry it throughout the venue. The NFI also doubles as a display-ready digital asset that showcases ownership in a gallery-style format.

COZ is coordinating the broader partnership, while ITEM Systems supplies the underlying NFI infrastructure. ITEM Systems’ focus on blockchain-anchored authenticity and provenance plays a central role in linking digital claim rights with physical products.
Exclusive Releases and Streamlined Fulfillment
Four limited-edition statues will be offered at CCXP25 with controlled supply numbers. Batman Trinity, Predator 2, and Iron Man each come with a run of 300 units. A combined set featuring Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi will be restricted to 200 units in total.
Collectors attending the convention will have the option to purchase the NFI certificates on-site. Once acquired, the corresponding physical statues can be shipped directly to buyers, eliminating the need for attendees to transport fragile pieces during the event. Industry analysts suggested that this integrated method of linking physical merchandise with blockchain-based verification offers a more seamless experience for both seasoned collectors and newcomers to Web3-enabled products.
The partnership is being positioned as a demonstration of how digital provenance tools can enhance the traditional collectible market, potentially establishing a model for future collaborations across entertainment, retail, and blockchain sectors.
