Web3 users often manage digital assets in one application while relying on multiple external platforms to discuss markets, verify projects and seek support. That fragmented process can expose users to phishing links, fake accounts and malicious wallet-draining tools before a transaction is completed.
The problem becomes more pronounced during periods of market volatility, when traders move quickly between X, Telegram, Discord and wallet applications. Each platform switch can introduce another potential security risk. High-value traders and VIP clients may face additional threats when seeking assistance in public channels, where scammers can impersonate support personnel.
Cwallet is seeking to address the gap by expanding its in-app social ecosystem through an upgraded Cwallet Chats feature. The company has integrated communication tools with its financial infrastructure, allowing users to interact within an authenticated environment rather than depending as heavily on external messaging platforms.
The upgraded Cwallet Chats ecosystem is designed to bring communication, verified support and financial activity into a single environment, reducing the need for users to move between third-party platforms during Web3 transactions.
VIP users receive dedicated support channels
Cwallet has introduced VIP 1-on-1 Group Chats aimed at large-volume traders and customers requiring more personalized assistance. Qualified VIP users can access private chat rooms directly through the Cwallet mobile and web interfaces, allowing them to communicate with senior support specialists.
The company said the setup is intended to reduce impersonation risks because conversations remain within its authenticated application environment. Users can therefore seek help with complex transactions without having to disclose sensitive information or credentials through external communication channels.
Cwallet operates as an all-in-one Web3 wallet platform supporting more than 1,000 cryptocurrencies across over 60 blockchain networks. Its broader ecosystem includes spot and perpetual trading, crypto credit products such as the Cozy Card, and social and rewards features.
Native tools bring market activity into conversations
The expanded Cwallet Chats system also combines communication with interactive Web3 features. Users can access the Cwallet Wealth Hub from within the application to view market information, verified announcements and platform events without leaving the environment where their assets are managed.

The platform also supports Rich Web3 Cards, allowing users to share trade history, predictions, token market and Lucky Box information directly in group conversations. The approach is intended to reduce reliance on screenshots and external links that may be difficult to verify.
By embedding market information and transaction-related content directly into conversations, Cwallet aims to make it easier for users to verify information without repeatedly switching between applications.
Rewards encourage community participation
Cwallet has also added Newbie and Daily Tasks to encourage regular engagement. Users participating in these activities can earn Cwallet Points, which may be redeemed through the Cwallet Rewards Center for profile benefits, gift cards and token rewards.
The company is positioning these features as part of a broader shift in how users interact with crypto wallets. Rather than functioning only as applications opened when users need to execute transactions, integrated wallets could increasingly combine asset management, communication, market information, support and rewards.
Cwallet said its broader infrastructure, including spot trading, perpetual contracts and global spending options such as the Cozy Card, is intended to streamline the user experience while reducing exposure to risks associated with fragmented third-party services.
The updated Cwallet Chats system and new VIP 1-on-1 Group Chat features are now available through the Cwallet mobile application and are positioned as a step toward making the wallet a more comprehensive daily Web3 operating environment.
