CZR Exchange announced the launch of CZR Wallet, a standalone, AI-native Web3 application that allows users to manage digital assets while retaining control of their private keys.
The launch expands CZR Exchange’s digital asset ecosystem by adding a self-custody wallet designed to combine decentralized asset ownership with the company’s centralized trading services.
CZR Wallet is intended to provide users with tools to store, send, receive, exchange, and purchase digital assets across supported blockchain networks. Unlike custodial cryptocurrency platforms, where a service provider generally controls the private keys associated with customer assets, the new application places responsibility for key management and asset access with the user.
The company said the wallet was developed to make Web3 services more accessible to both new and experienced cryptocurrency users. Its interface was designed to simplify blockchain-based transactions and provide an experience similar to that of modern mobile financial applications.
The application supports multiple blockchain networks and includes functions for sending and receiving digital assets, conducting cross-chain token swaps and purchasing cryptocurrencies using traditional currencies. CZR said the wallet would also connect with other products in its broader ecosystem.
Self-Custody Model Places Users in Control
Charlie Rothkopf, founder and chief executive officer of CZR Exchange, said the company viewed user ownership as an important part of the future of digital finance. He indicated that CZR Wallet was developed to reduce the complexity associated with Web3 applications while maintaining the principles of self-custody.
Rothkopf said the company aimed to allow users to access decentralized finance services without requiring them to give up control of their digital assets.
CZR Wallet provides users with direct control over their private keys, allowing them to manage their assets independently rather than relying on a centralized platform to hold or administer those assets.
Self-custody can provide users with greater control over cryptocurrency holdings, but it also places responsibility for protecting private keys and recovery information on the individual. Users who lose access credentials may be unable to recover their assets, depending on the wallet’s security and backup systems.
CZR said the wallet uses an institutional-grade security architecture, although the announcement did not provide detailed technical information about its security design, audits or risk-management procedures.
The company described artificial intelligence as a central part of the wallet’s long-term development plan. Future updates are expected to introduce portfolio analysis tools, improved transaction features, automated security functions and AI-based services intended to simplify interactions with digital assets and decentralized applications.
Planned Features Include DeFi and Expanded Blockchain Support
The launch is part of CZR Exchange’s broader strategy to develop a connected ecosystem of cryptocurrency and Web3 products. The company’s offerings include its exchange platform, the CZR Earn service, institutional products and planned AI-based financial tools.

The wallet is expected to complement the exchange by providing a separate self-custody option while creating opportunities for future connections involving trading, payments and decentralized finance.
CZR said planned enhancements could include support for additional blockchain networks, decentralized application connectivity, integrated staking services, expanded token exchange functions and further decentralized finance integrations.
Other proposed developments include AI-powered portfolio tools, additional options for purchasing digital assets with traditional currencies and new security capabilities. The company did not provide a timetable for the release of these features.
The wallet’s future roadmap includes expanded blockchain connectivity, decentralized finance tools, staking services and AI-powered portfolio functions that could broaden its role within the CZR digital asset ecosystem.
CZR Wallet is available as a standalone mobile application. The company said the product was intended to serve as a central access point for users seeking to manage digital assets across centralized and decentralized services.
The success of the platform will depend on user adoption, the reliability of its security systems, the expansion of supported blockchain networks, and the company’s ability to deliver its planned AI and decentralized finance features.
