Datavault AI Inc. has expanded its technology licensing relationship with DataMeds AI Inc., extending the use of its blockchain, data monetization, credentialing, and real-world asset tokenization technologies beyond pharmaceutical distribution into broader commercial healthcare, healthspan, and wellness applications.
The amended definitive agreement expands the scope of the companies’ PharmacyChain-related collaboration to cover unencumbered commercial uses of Datavault AI’s intellectual property across multiple healthcare segments.
The expanded arrangement is designed to bring Datavault AI’s data monetization and real-world asset tokenization technologies into healthcare environments, supporting patient-controlled access and new models for securely transacting health information.
DataMeds, formerly known as Wellgistics Health, operates in the health information technology sector and integrates technology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical-related services, and telemedicine operations. The Tampa, Florida-based company incorporates its EinsteinRx artificial intelligence platform and PharmacyChain blockchain-enabled smart contract system into its Health Lives Here mobile application and Tollo Health operations.
Datavault AI, headquartered in Philadelphia, provides artificial intelligence-driven data valuation, monetization, and digital engagement technologies. Its cloud-based platform combines capabilities from its Acoustic Science and Data Science divisions and supports applications across industries including healthcare, biotechnology, financial technology, education, real estate, energy, sports, and entertainment.
The company’s technology portfolio includes systems designed to support digital twins, secure licensing, artificial intelligence and machine learning automation, analytics, third-party integrations, marketing automation, and data-based commercial applications.
Patient-Controlled Data at the Center of Expansion
Gerald Commissiong, interim co-chief executive officer of DataMeds, said the company viewed data as a strategic resource capable of generating value beyond traditional operational analysis. He indicated that Datavault AI’s platform could help organizations develop new commercial opportunities and customer acquisition strategies while modernizing approaches to healthcare data ownership and monetization.
Nathaniel T. Bradley, chief executive officer of Datavault AI, said the expansion into commercial healthcare, healthspan, and wellness represented a logical extension of patient-controlled data initiatives. He added that the partnership could provide individuals with greater influence over how their medical information is accessed and used in commercial transactions.
The collaboration is expected to support healthcare data applications across pharmacy, medical, laboratory, and wearable technology settings while giving patients a larger role in controlling the use and potential value of their information.
The agreement also involves a behavioral healthcare intellectual property portfolio developed at La Frontera Arizona by the late Senator David T. Bradley and Dr. Dan Ranieri. The portfolio covers medical and pharmaceutical logistics, Internet of Things-based population health systems, remote patient monitoring, and artificial intelligence-driven behavioral healthcare insights and interventions.
DataMeds is acquiring the portfolio through concurrent transactions involving EOS Technology Holdings and Scilex.
Common Share Structure Replaces Preferred Shares
Under the amended agreement, Datavault AI is expected to receive common shares representing approximately 19.9% of DataMeds’ outstanding common stock following the completion of previously disclosed transactions involving Scilex Holding Company, EOS Technology Holdings, and HealthBridge Advisors.
The revised structure replaces the preferred shares originally contemplated under the agreement. The companies said the change was intended to improve the transaction’s tax treatment.
The issuance remains subject to several closing conditions, including DataMeds’ acquisition of two QOLPOM intellectual property portfolios from EOS Technology Holdings and the acquisition of a controlling interest in Tollo Health LLC from HighBridge Advisors.
Datavault AI expects the value of the common shares to be recognized as revenue when the shares are issued.
DataMeds completed its corporate name change from Wellgistics Health on July 21, 2026, and began trading under the Nasdaq symbol MEDS on July 22. The company also announced plans to distribute 50 Dream Bowl Meme Coin tokens for each common share held as of the August 7 record date, although the distribution remains subject to change at the company’s discretion.
The companies moved to amend the agreement before completing the remaining closing requirements in an effort to accelerate operational activity and provide DataMeds with earlier access to Datavault AI’s technology relationships.
The expansion comes as healthcare data continues to grow rapidly. The companies estimated that healthcare information accounts for about 30% of global data volume and is expanding at an annual rate of roughly 36%. They said this growth could create significant opportunities for patient-directed data monetization and tokenization across the global health and wellness economy, which is valued at more than $7 trillion.
