Pudgy Penguins is continuing its expansion into the professional sports industry through an extended collaboration with Manchester City. The partnership follows the positive reception of the companies’ first physical collectible release and signals a broader effort to blend digital engagement with traditional sports merchandise.

The latest collaboration is expected to introduce new experiences centered around the Pudgy Penguins Pengu mascot, enabling Manchester City supporters to interact with the brand through both physical and digital formats. Pudgy Penguins indicated that the partnership was designed to expand its reach to a broader audience by leveraging retail products and fan-focused experiences connected to one of the world’s largest football clubs.

New Product Line Targets Global Fan Engagement

According to details surrounding the partnership, both organizations plan to co-develop a new generation of products aimed at Manchester City’s massive international fan base. While the companies have not yet disclosed the full lineup or launch timeline, the initiative is expected to focus heavily on immersive fan engagement and digital interaction.

The expanded partnership will introduce a new wave of physical and digital merchandise designed to merge Web3 experiences with Manchester City’s global sports audience. Pudgy Penguins explained that the upcoming releases would allow supporters to connect more deeply with the brand’s digital ecosystem while also participating in interactive experiences tied to the club.

The collaboration builds on an earlier product launch that took place in January 2026, when the two brands released a limited-edition collection of co-branded physical merchandise.
