The new platform is designed to modernize invoice, receipt, and billing processes by integrating blockchain technology into enterprise financial operations.
The launch marks the first commercial outcome of the strategic partnership that the two companies announced during the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 20, 2026. The collaboration focuses on combining enterprise-grade distributed ledger technology with artificial intelligence to accelerate the digital transformation of financial infrastructure for businesses and public-sector organizations.
BillsOnChain.io transforms conventional invoices and receipts into secure, immutable digital assets, allowing organizations to improve reconciliation, strengthen regulatory compliance, reduce fraud risks, and create new opportunities for invoice financing and programmable financial workflows.
String Metaverse stated that its broader business strategy centers on digital asset infrastructure, tokenization, decentralized finance, AI-powered financial systems, and next-generation blockchain technologies.
