iSolarCloud Web 3.0 introduces protection parameter templates, allowing installers to establish a template for a specific inverter model. This innovation simplifies the configuration process for all inverters of the same model, facilitating streamlined plant creation and maintenance. Additionally, the system supports remote adjustment of grid connection parameters, significantly improving efficiency in these processes.
Intelligent Analysis for Informed Decision-Making
The latest release optimizes three key modules – Plant Comparison, Device Comparison, and Customized Comparison. Through intuitive curve-based analysis, users can gain valuable insights into the performance of different power plants or equipment. This functionality serves as a foundation for informed decision-making in O&M management.
Efficient Fault Diagnosis
iSolarCloud Web 3.0 incorporates Sungrow’s advanced IV online diagnostic technology, capable of diagnosing 23 types of faults with an accuracy rate exceeding 97%. This feature facilitates remote fault localization, providing O&M suggestions and minimizing the need for extensive manual on-site inspections. The result is improved operational efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.
Moreover, a new global search function has been introduced, enabling users to quickly locate and access specific power plants or equipment.

Users can experience the new features by clicking on the iSolarCloud Web 3.0 and logging in with their iSolarCloud account. Alternatively, a direct upgrade option is available by clicking “Upgrade” on the menu bar of the old version website without the need for logging in.
