The Hashgraph Group, a Switzerland-based Web3 and artificial intelligence technology engineering company operating in the Hedera ecosystem, has launched the Hashgraph Partner Alliance program to help businesses develop enterprise Web3 and agentic AI opportunities.
The program is designed to enable consulting firms, system integrators, technology providers and software companies to generate revenue by referring clients, delivering enterprise projects and incorporating Hashgraph-based capabilities into their own products.
The initiative provides participating organizations with access to Hashgraph for Enterprise, or H4E, a modular suite of enterprise products built on Hedera’s distributed ledger technology infrastructure and integrated with agentic AI capabilities.
The H4E suite includes tools for verifiable digital identities and digital wallets that can be used by individuals, machines and AI agents. The technology is intended to support trusted data exchanges across several business applications, including digital product passport traceability, sustainability reporting, automated payment coordination and customer loyalty programs.
The company said partners could participate through three commercial models. Under the client referral model, organizations can introduce qualified business opportunities to The Hashgraph Group and receive a one-time commission if a customer agreement is completed.
The resale and implementation model allows partners to market H4E products and participate in revenue-sharing arrangements while providing consulting, technology integration, project deployment, and customer support services.
Under the embedded solutions model, software and technology companies can integrate H4E capabilities into their existing products without developing or maintaining the underlying Web3 and AI infrastructure.
The embedded model could allow technology companies to add decentralized identity, trusted data and agentic AI functions to their products while reducing the cost and technical effort associated with building the infrastructure independently.
Tiered Support and Technical Resources
The program includes Silver, Gold and Platinum partnership levels, with benefits based on a participant’s scale, delivery capabilities, number of certified engineers, level of engagement and business growth plans.
Eligible partners will receive access to limited product usage and testing resources, dedicated partner managers, product roadmaps, industry-specific use cases and Hedera-certified engineering support. Participants will also have access to solution architecture assistance, developer tools and a dedicated technical support account through the company’s HashCare service.
The partnership portal allows approved organizations to submit applications, register commercial opportunities and manage their participation. Eligible members may also take part in joint innovation, product development, branding and investment initiatives.
The company said partners could receive support for proposal preparation and joint responses to requests for proposals. Training programs, technical certifications and access to a dedicated knowledge center are also included.
The Hashgraph Group said the annual value of benefits available to qualifying Platinum-tier partners exceeded $125,000. The company added that partners involved in resale and implementation could increase sales opportunities and potentially improve margins as they progress through the program’s tier structure.
Company Seeks to Expand Enterprise Delivery
Stefan Deiss, co-founder and chief executive officer of The Hashgraph Group, said the company had spent recent years developing Web3 and AI products while expanding its international delivery capabilities.
He indicated that the alliance would allow the company to reengage its network of more than 70 partners and respond to growing demand for enterprise technology solutions. The program combines updated commercial terms, technology resources and engineering support with the company’s Global Capability Centre in India.
The company has recently expanded deployments of its H4E product suite across supply-chain management, consumer engagement and digital identity applications. It is working with Merck Group to combine its TrackTrace technology with Merck’s M-Trust physical authentication system for digital product passport applications.
The Hashgraph Group also introduced BrandBoost, a platform focused on tokenized loyalty and consumer engagement. In addition, it is working with Teleport on digital customs documentation for e-commerce activity in Southeast Asia.
The alliance is intended to create a repeatable route for partners to commercialize enterprise Web3 and agentic AI projects while using The Hashgraph Group’s technology, engineering resources and global delivery infrastructure.
The company said the program was launched as demand for agentic AI and Web3 technologies continued to expand. Market forecasts cited by the company projected strong growth for both sectors between 2026 and 2031, although future market performance will depend on adoption, regulation and enterprise investment.
Through the three partnership models, The Hashgraph Group aims to help participating companies develop new service offerings, expand their technology capabilities and pursue enterprise opportunities without building all of the required infrastructure internally.
