House of Doge has entered into a strategic collaboration with IP Strategy Holdings, Inc., and Brag House Holdings to develop a blockchain-powered intellectual property registration and monetization ecosystem. The initiative will utilize the infrastructure of Story to allow creators, athletes, artists, and content owners to register and commercialize intellectual property assets on-chain.
The companies stated that the ecosystem is being designed to simplify intellectual property registration while enabling creators to monetize their digital assets through the Dogecoin blockchain. The partnership combines blockchain infrastructure, smart contract technology, and digital commerce solutions in an effort to reshape how intellectual property is managed and monetized in the digital economy.
The collaboration aims to create a unified blockchain ecosystem where creators can register, manage, and monetize intellectual property assets through Story’s infrastructure and Dogecoin-powered transactions.
Story Blockchain to Power On-Chain IP Registration
Story, which launched its mainnet in February 2025, operates as an AI-native blockchain network focused on programmable intellectual property. The platform enables users to convert media, data, and AI-generated content into legally enforceable digital assets with embedded ownership rights and automated licensing functionality.
The blockchain network has reportedly secured significant backing from investors, including a16z crypto, Polychain Capital, and Samsung Ventures. Through the collaboration, Story will function as the core decentralized infrastructure supporting intellectual property registration, licensing, and royalty distribution at scale.
IP Strategy Holdings, which is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker IPST, is also recognized as the first publicly traded company to adopt a treasury reserve strategy centered on the $IP token. The company additionally operates a validator on the Story blockchain network, giving investors exposure to the emerging programmable intellectual property market.
Dogecoin Infrastructure to Drive Monetization
Under the agreement, House of Doge will reportedly oversee commercialization efforts tied to the ecosystem. These responsibilities are expected to include monetization tools, customer engagement systems, and transaction frameworks powered by Dogecoin.
The initiative seeks to provide creators and rights holders with direct access to monetization channels tied to licensing, royalty participation, digital commerce, and brand partnerships. The platform is also intended to create new opportunities for fan engagement while enabling content owners to retain greater control over their commercial identities.

House of Doge plans to use Dogecoin as the transaction layer for creator engagement, digital commerce, licensing, and royalty-based economic participation across the ecosystem.
Executives involved in the collaboration reportedly indicated that the initiative represents a broader shift toward giving creators more ownership over the value generated by their content. House of Doge leadership explained that the partnership was intended to establish accessible monetization pathways while connecting creators directly with audiences and commercial ecosystems.
IP Strategy executives similarly noted that the platform could help creators, athletes, and rights owners establish verifiable ownership while accessing compliant monetization opportunities within a global blockchain marketplace.
Addressing Trust and Compliance Challenges
The partnership also aims to solve key issues affecting the intellectual property sector, particularly the lack of transparent compliance verification and the challenges creators face when negotiating with brands and commercial partners.
By leveraging blockchain technology and artificial intelligence tools, the ecosystem is expected to support immutable records of agreements and transactions, transparent payment verification, streamlined compliance processes, and adaptive marketplaces connecting intellectual property owners with brands.
The platform is designed to introduce transparent ownership records, automated royalty systems, and auditable compliance mechanisms for creators and intellectual property holders.
Brag House Holdings, which focuses on gaming and Gen Z digital engagement, stated that the collaboration extends its broader vision of enabling fans, athletes, brands, and creators to participate together within shared digital economies. The company suggested that blockchain-based ownership infrastructure could finally allow cultural contributors to benefit more directly from the value they create.
The partnership reflects the growing convergence of blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, and intellectual property management as companies continue building decentralized infrastructure for the creator economy.
