Documents shared with industry outlets indicate that the initiative aims to combine high-end game development, creator-led ownership, and large-scale content distribution, signaling a shift in how multiplayer games might be created, funded, and monetized in the future.
The founding team includes prominent PUBG Mobile figures such as Panda, Levinho, and Sevou, along with former Chelsea FC footballer James Ashton. All of them are positioned as co-owners of the new venture. Collectively, these creators command an audience of more than 200 million followers and have generated over 30 billion content views across platforms, placing Gallaxia among the largest creator-centric ecosystems in blockchain gaming.
Equity-Based Participation for Creators
A key distinction of Gallaxia’s structure is its decision to give creators long-term equity through Gallaxium Bars, digital assets tied to revenue generated across the studio’s games and entertainment products. This framework differs from typical collaborations in which creators participate mainly through short-term promotional roles.
Members of the founding roster have noted that their communities were developed over several years and that they are now contributing to a project designed to give both creators and their audiences a sense of ownership. One of the leading co-owners, known for maintaining one of the largest gaming channels on YouTube, expressed that the creators involved have spent years nurturing their communities and are now working toward building something those communities can claim as their own.
Another co-owner, a Swedish YouTuber with a major global audience, suggested that the studio is poised to fundamentally reshape how a gaming and entertainment company can be structured. A third founding creator, also widely recognized within the PUBG Mobile scene, remarked that creators are no longer serving merely as advertising outlets but are becoming the architects and stewards of their own ecosystem.
